- You can contact us via our website or phone number to get access to the Smile Virtual portal and app.
- You will take a video and several pictures of your teeth, and then send them to Drs. Caleb or Megan Beam
- They will either schedule a video call with you or send a video back to you with personalized cosmetic treatment suggestions.
It is as easy as that to learn more about what can be done for your teeth! Once you have received the video from Dr. Beam, you can schedule the cosmetic treatments any time you want. We will work with you to create a treatment plan that works with your schedule but also gives you the smile you want.
Dentistry on Your Time
The video recommendations that your dentist will send through Smile Virtual can be listened to and watched at any time! You can watch it while waiting to pick the kids up from school, after they go to bed, or during a break at your job. It’s as simple as that.
Smile Virtual even allows patients to schedule the recommended cosmetic treatments right in the app! You can pick times that work around your many other scheduling demands.
How Soon Do You Need to Do Your Recommended Treatments?
The magic of Smile Virtual is that the recommended treatments are not urgent in any way. You can receive the recommendations and wait to decide what would be best for you.
It is important to note that if you have tooth staining or a damaged or chipped tooth it may worsen over time if left untreated, so if you want to improve your smile you will probably want to schedule your recommended treatments in the next 3–6 months.

Your doctor will also discuss the price of the treatments and your budget as part of your virtual consultation. If you express the need for a certain budget our team can recommend more cost-effective treatments.
When Is it Better to Just Come in Person?
Even if you are a busy parent, sometimes it is better to come visit us in person. Smile Virtual is only recommended for cosmetic treatments that can be completed on your own time. We can’t use it if you have an oral health concern, dental emergency, or seek restorative services such as implants or dentures. Those require evaluation in person.
Even if you do need to visit us in person, we will work around your schedule and be efficient with our time so you can get back to spending time with your family.
